PhD Micellar Casein is a premium quality, slow release protein product derived from the finest micellar casein and fortified with ultra-slow acting, Micelle XL™ - the latest in casein protein technology. Micellar casein is widely recognised as the most superior form of casein protein and has long been used by serious athletes and body builders as the single most effective source of pre-bedtime protein. Micellar Casein is principally used as a pre-sleep protein drink due to its ability to release amino acids slowly into the muscles, thereby delivering its benefits over a sustained period of time.

Ingredients: PhD Protein Blend (Micellar Casein [MILK], Micelle XL™ (Milk Protein Isolate [MILK]), Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin [SOY])), Flavouring, PepForm® Tryptophan Peptides [MILK], Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose), Salt.
Directions: Add 1 scoop (30g) of PhD Micellar Casein to 300ml of ice cold water and shake or blend for 10 seconds. For best results, use 1 serving of PhD Micellar Casein daily, making sure to take this serving 30-60 minutes before bed.
