Grenade Hydra 6
Grenade Hydra 6 has been formulated with the ultimate form of Whey Protein - Whey Protein Isolate - and the ultimate form of Casein - Ultrafiltered Micellar Casein - in the perfect “50/50” ratio, which research suggests to be superior to taking either whey protein or casein on their own.
Hard training individuals need “fast acting” whey protein isolate in the morning and pre/post workout and 'slow release' casein protein before bedtime and at other times when protein won’t be consumed for several hours. Grenade Hydra 6 contains both.
Each serving of Grenade Hydra 6 contains between 12 - 12.5 grams of protein from premium whey protein isolate (no inferior concentrates) and 12 - 12.5 grams of protein from low-heat, ultrafiltered, native micellar casein (no inferior caseinates) for a total of 24 - 25 grams of protein per serving.

Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate [MILK], Ultrafiltered Micellar Casein [MILK], Cocoa Powder, Creamer (Fractionated Palm Oil), Flavouring, Polydextrose, Resistant Dextrin (Fibersol), Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum (Thickener), Sweetener (Sucralose).
Directions: Mix 1 serving (2 level scoops) with 200 ml cold water or milk in a glass or shaker cup. Use between major meals and after exercise. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
For maximum results, consume 3-4 servings daily for a minimum of six weeks.
