Directions: Mix one scoop of ProSupps Mr. Hyde Icon with 295-355ml of cold water. Consume 20 to 30 minutes prior to exercise. Do not consume Mr. Hyde Icon within 4 hours prior to sleep. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or any other stimulants while taking Mr. Hyde Icon.
