Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 200-300ml of cold water. Consume 1 serving per day. In order to get the most out of Strom CreaMAX, on training days we highly recommend taking as part of your intra workout, or post workout routine, due to the inclusion of Actigin. On non-training days, CreaMAX can be consumed at whatever point of the day.
