Directions: Take one serving (1 rounded scoop) of Cellucor C4 Ultimate, mixed with 415-475mL of water 20-30 minutes before training. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE.
