What is Quattro^® Protein Complex?

To trigger new muscle growth you need to train hard and consume the best high quality sources of protein you can, whether it be from food or supplements. Quattro^® protein complex by Reflex is one of the best protein combinations science has to offer - specific forms of nutrient rich whey protein and micellar casein.

However, we don't use just any form of whey proteins for Reflex Instant Mass Heavyweight, first we use two different types of hydrolysed (pre-digested) whey proteins; one which has a High DH (degree of hydrolysis meaning how much it's been pre-digested) which the human body can absorb almost instantly, the second with a Low DH, providing the human body with a secondary hit of whey peptides once the first has already started being absorbed.

Third, we use a preferentially selected whey protein concentrate in conjunction with unique native whey protein isolate that is chosen for its high levels of bioactive fractions that are important for health as well, and superior naturally occurring branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) levels.

Fourth, we add pure ultra-filtered micellar casein that is digested over a longer period of time feeding your body with essential amino acids for up to 4 hours, providing excellent anti-catabolic activity.

Note: Does not contain soy protein like some brands, soy has a lower biological value compared to whey.

Directions: Mix 300g (approximately two level 250ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub)) of Reflex Instant Mass Heavyweight with 700ml water in a shaker or blender. Consume one to two shakes a day.

When just starting the product, users may find it beneficial to begin with half the quantity before slowly increasing to the full serving, as per personal calorie plan.

Consume Reflex Instant Mass Heavyweight between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, and drink 20-30 minutes after a workout for optimal results. Alternatively, take Reflex Instant Mass Heavyweight 45-60 minutes before bed to contribute to muscle maintenance overnight
